Sunday was a slow day at work. I was sent to cover a small Bingo event for children at the Raleigh City Museum. No one showed up, likely due to the rain and ACC Tournament, but I stuck around for a few minutes in case people were late. Turns out they weren't, so my trip downtown would have been a waste had it not been for this.

This is the table that sat in what I assumed to be some type of waiting area at the front of the museum. I'm not sure what, if any, historical significance it has, but it is absolutely creepy.
Later in the afternoon I was sent to Broughton High School to check out a ceremony in honor of almost 500 local National Guard troops who are being deployed to Iraq this summer. It was exactly what you would have expected it to be.
